Affected Genes Inferred by Location (0)
If no genes are listed here, it may be because the affected region is very large. The JBrowse insert above may show an error for the same reason, and other FlyBase tools such as CytoSearch may also fail for large regions. You can contact FlyBase for more help.
In this case, the "Export to Hitlist" button at left will also be disabled.
    Phenotypic Data
    In combination with other aberrations
NOT in combination with other aberrations

Df(2L)s1402/Df(2L)s1402 mutants have significantly reduced susceptibility to the insecticide spinosad.

Heterozygotes show a two-fold increased resistance to the insecticide spinosad compared to wild-type (susceptible) controls.

Macrophages fail to migrate along the ventral cord in homozygous embryos, with much of the ventral abdomen remaining free of macrophages at stage 13-15.

Heterozygosity for Df(2L)s1402 results in 1.1% X chromosome nondisjunction and 1.1% fourth chromosome nondisjunction in In(1)FM7/X ; svspa-pol females.
