Description

10xUAS drives expression of the photoconvertible CaMPARI2 fluorescent Ca[2+] indicator. The open reading frame is tagged at the N-terminal end with a nuclear export signal (part of CaMPARI2) and a Tag:polyHis tag, and at the C-terminal end with Tag:FLAG, Tag:HA and Tag:MYC.
