ScerGAL4Ret.P2 drives expression in the developing somatogastric nervous system migrating clusters, starting at embryonic stage 11/12 (pre-migration) through embryonic stage 16, and in the proventricular ganglion through in the first larval instar. ScerGAL4Ret.P2 also drives expression in a few cells in the embryonic brain, in the embryonic gut, and in cells posterior to the proventriculus in second instar larvae.
