Ubi-p63E promoter sequences drive expression of full-length rhea which carries the amino acid replacement R367A in the IBS-1 domain (this mutation is designed to disrupt the interaction of rhea with the integrin cytoplasmic tail) and the amino acid replacements L2103A and I2104A in the IBS-2 domain (these mutations should disrupt binding of the IBS-2 domain to the integrin cytoplasmic tail). The protein is tagged with EGFP.
