Description

A ~18kb fragment of genomic DNA containing a modified version of the lncRNA:let7C locus in which all three miRNA sequences (mir-100, let-7 and mir-125) are deleted is fused upstream of a Drosophila codon-optimized version of the GAL4::p65 driver (FBrf0212052). The resulting construct encodes a GAL4::p65 transcript that contains pri-lncRNA:let7C sequence in its 5'UTR.
