UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of full length smo tagged with Tag:MYC immediately following the putative signal sequence (at the SfiI site at nucleotide 332) and with an AatI site introduced at the end of the 7th transmembrane domain (this introduces the mutations T554S and P555S).
