Description

Transgenic construct that contains a Ecol\lacZarm.PV reporter flanked on each side by an insulator (scs' and scs respectively) to mitigate any chromosome position effects. Sequence encoding an Hsp83 promoter and a 1.1kb lncRNA:roX2 cDNA fragment (lncRNA:roX2Hsp83.PH) has been inserted upstream of the arm promoter of the lacZ reporter.
