Description

βTub60D genomic sequence has two conserved substitutions.

2.3kb βTub85D genomic fragment (5' untranslated sequences up to codon 19) ligated to a genomic fragment of βTub60D (codon 20 to 3' untranslated sequences). Protein product is identical to the wild type βTub60D protein except for two conservative amino acid replacements: L3I and A18G.
