Description

Transgenic construct used to analyze the insulating activities of human matrix attachment regions (MARs) in a position effect assay. A 786bp XhoI fragment containing the Hsap\APOB 3' matrix attachment region (MAR) has been inserted into P{wRW} upstream of the w enhancer and the w transcription unit.
