ScerGAL4^c205 drives expression in layer 5 of the fan-shaped body, co-localising with Mip protein.

Expression of ScerGAL4^c205 was seen in eight to ten fan-shaped F5 neurons with somata that are loosely arranged near the calyx of the mushroom body at each side of the protocerebrum. The primary neurites of these cells converge into a bundle that runs ventrally and anteriorly into the superior medial protocerebrum.
