ScerGAL4^{Ubx-lac1-Gal4} drives expression in the majority of, but not all, haltere disc cells.

In the wing disc, ScerGAL4^{Ubx-lac1-Gal4} drives expression in only the peripodial epithelium. It drives expression all peripodial epithelial cells in the wing disc. In the haltere disc, it is expressed in both the peripodial epithelium and in the underlying disc proper.
