Reference

Enhancer trap expression is observed specifically in sim-expressing midline cells. Expression is first observed in the midline cells at hour 5 of embryogenesis. By hour 10, expression is limited to the six midline glial cells. Glial expression continues through the remainder of embryogenesis.
