Adult expression is observed in a subset of antennal glomeruli, as well in as fibers in the antennomechanosensory center and the subesophageal ganglion. Weak expression is observed in the α' and β' lobes, calyx and stalk of the mushroom body. Stronger expression is observed in subsets of ellipsoid body ring neurons (possibly R1 and R4 neurons) that innervate domains BI and CIII. Additional expression is observed in the central portion of the median bundle, and in two layers of the fan-shaped body from two different medial fan-shaped body large field neurons. Representative images can be seen Figures 4 and 5 of FBrf0127414.
