The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Stock Center by Douglas Kim, Janelia Farm Research Campus.
With the exception of attP landing site sequences, P{13XLexAop2-IVS-NES-jRGECO1a-p10}, P{13XLexAop2-IVS-NES-jRCaMP1a-p10} and P{13XLexAop2-IVS-NES-jRCaMP1b-p10} are identical PBac{20XUAS-IVS-NES-jRGECO1a-p10} (FBtp0110430), PBac{20XUAS-IVS-NES-jRCaMP1a-p10} (FBtp0110428) and PBac{20XUAS-IVS-NES-jRCaMP1b-p10} (FBtp0110429), respectively, with the substitution of LexAop2 for UAS sequences.
P{13XLexAop2-IVS-NES-jRGECO1a-p10}su(Hw)attP5, P{13XLexAop2-IVS-NES-jRCaMP1a-p10}su(Hw)attP5 and P{13XLexAop2-IVS-NES-jRCaMP1b-p10}su(Hw)attP5 are phiC31 integrase-mediated insertions into P{CaryIP}su(Hw)attP5 at 50F1,  2R:14307368..14307690  (R6).
