Right breakpoint: agttggtggt/CGTTGATACT
The left breakpoint corresponds to the P{SUPor-P}KG02287 insertion site and the right breakpoint maps to  2R:20415891 .
The total deletion size is 2257 bp.
P element sequences remain at the site of the excision.
