At the moment we have no record of the following lines in
> FlyBase:
> nompA-GAL4
This is P{nompA-PTGAL}15, inserted on the X chromosome. It was
generated in in Maurice Kernan's lab, using an enhancer fragment from
the nompA gene (I don't know the exact extent of the fragment) inserted
into our PTGAL vector (Sharma et al 2002 Genesis 34: 115-118). I'm not
sure if this construct is formally published.
> iav-GFP
I believe it should formally be GFP-iav. Described by Gong et al 2004
J Neurosci 24: 9059-9066. Insertion is on the 3rd chromosome. I don't
have a specific line number.
> sqh-GAL4
We received these lines from Dan Kiehart, who got them from Robin
Wharton. We have a chr 2 insert and a chr 3 insert. I don't know if
these lines are published--I have not seen a publication that describes
them.
