It was generated in in Maurice Kernan's lab, using an enhancer fragment from the nompA gene (I don't know the exact extent of the fragment) inserted into our PTGAL vector (Sharma et al 2002 Genesis 34: 115-118). I'm not sure if this construct is formally published. > iav-GFP I believe it should formally be GFP-iav. Described by Gong et al 2004 J Neurosci 24: 9059-9066. Insertion is on the 3rd chromosome. I don't have a specific line number. > sqh-GAL4 We received these lines from Dan Kiehart, who got them from Robin Wharton. We have a chr 2 insert and a chr 3 insert. I don't know if these lines are published--I have not seen a publication that describes them.
