Hi Beverley:
please see attached WORD doc.
these details are going to be published in a new manuscript coming
out in Genetics with info on a new slpr allele.
The numbers are based on the protein starting with the second ATG
codon, which fits the consensus much better for translation
initiation.  That protein would be 1148 aa in total.
Let me know if you need anything else.
