      The co-expression of Su(H)UAS.cUa and HUAS.cWa under the control of Scer\GAL4bi-omb-Gal4 leads to rudimentary wings, which are more severe wing defects than those induced by either single expression i.e. wing notches for HUAS.cWa and crumbled wings for Su(H)UAS.cUa.

      The co-expression of Su(H)UAS.cUa or HmutNLS3 under the control of Scer\GAL4bi-omb-Gal4 leads to moderate wing notches and thickened veins with ectopic bristles; these are intermediary defects between either single expression i.e. mild wing notches for HmutNLS3 and crumbled wings for Su(H)UAS.cUa.
