Expression of slgAUAS.D under the control of Scer\GAL4P2.4.Pdf does not affect aggressive behavior, walking activity (distance and velocity), circadian rhythmicity or sleep (under either LD cycles or constant darkness), or resistance to starvation, as compared to controls. s-LNv neurons do not show changes in the size or number of mitochondria.

Adulthood-only co-expression of slgAUAS.D and either CkIIαJF01436 or CkIIαGL00003, under the combined control of Scer\GAL4P2.4.Pdf and Gal80[ts] and induced by temperature shift from 19[o] to 25[o]C at eclosion, leads to a significant increase in aggressive behavior compared to controls, and contrasts with the decreased aggressive behavior of CkIIαJF01436 or CkIIαGL00003 single expressions.
