      The expression of VincD1-127.Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Equa\eqFP578-TagRFP under the control of either Scer\GAL4Act5C.PU or Scer\GAL4Mef2.PU leads to no viability defects, as compared to controls; expression under the control of Scer\GAL4Mef2.PU also does not lead to the formation of ectopic VincD1-127.Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Equa\eqFP578-TagRFP-positive cytoplasmic protein aggregates in embryonic muscles, as compared to controls.
