P-element-induced male recombination has resulted in a 439bp deletion of genomic DNA, removing part of Trl. Nucleotides 5456-5895 (numbered according to GenBank accession AJ225042) are deleted. 995bp of P-element sequence remains. The 5' P-element end, but not the 3' P-element end, is present.
