      Inhibition (using Hsap\KCNJ2AAE.UAS.EGFP) of Scer\GAL4GMR15B07 cells in adults significantly reduces the preference to orient towards a dark vertical bar on the side where the same bar had not been shown previously, rather than a bar on the side where the same bar had been transiently shown previously, compared to controls; there is no effect on innate left/right preference between two dark vertical bars, or ability to orient towards a single bar, compared to controls.
