      Comments

      per01 flies carrying perΔCBD.T:Ivir\HA1,T:Zzzz\His6 have robust locomotor activity rhythms when the free running period is determined in constant darkness conditions at 25[o]C after 4 days of 12 hour light: 12 hour dark conditions, but the period is 3 hours longer than that of wild-type controls. The activity rhythm period is not stable over different temperatures, lengthening as the temperature at which the flies are kept in constant darkness is increased.
