No obvious wing defects are observed when ctJF03304 is expressed under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096.

Expression of ctJF03304 under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PU results in a glossy/sparkling eye phenotype.

Expression of ctJF03304 under the control of Scer\GAL4ppk.1.9 results in strong and penetrant phenotypes in C-IV neurons but no phenotypes in C-I neurons. DdaC, v'ada and vdaB neurons all have reduced total dendritic length compared to controls. The total number of dendritic branches is also reduced in ddaC and v'ada and vdaB neurons.

Expression of ctJF03304 does not suppress the wing phenotypes seen when PoxnBRB is expressed under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096.

Co-expression of PoxnBRB and ctBRO under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PU produces an eye phenotype that is qualitatively very similar to when either transgene is expressed alone. This phenotype is not suppressed upon co-expression of ctJF03304.

Expression of ctJF03304 partially rescues the wing phenotypes seen when ctScer\UAS.cPa is expressed under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096, although the posterior region remains mispatterned.

Expression of ctJF03304 substantially rescues the wing phenotypes seen when ctBRO is expressed under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096. Only minor defects remain, such as a weak posterior margin.

Co-expression of ctBRO and ctJF03304 under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PU suppresses the eye phenotypes seen when either transgene is expressed alone. Only a slight reduction in pigmentation remains.
