      The reduced response of M pacemaker neurons in the brain to Pdf seen in flies expressing Ac3JF03041 under the control of Scer\GAL4P2.4.Pdf is not rescued by co-expression of Ac78CScer\UAS.cDa when flies are raised at 25[o]C and then moved to 18[o]C as adults 12-15 hours before testing.

      Co-expression of Ac3JF03041 and nvyJF03349 under the control of Scer\GAL4P2.4.Pdf reduces the response of M pacemaker neurons in the brain to Pdf to a greater extent than when either Ac3JF03041 or nvyJF03349 are expressed alone.
