    Homozygous dndd10234 embryos undergo apparently normal fusion of tracheal branches in the dorsal trunk.

    dndd10234 mutant embryos display tracheal dorsal branch and dorsal trunk fusion defects. Dorsal branch lumenal breaks are observed in 80% of segments, and dorsal trunk constrictions are observed in 70% of segments at fusion sites.
