    Reference

slsZCL2144, Df(3R)Exel6176 double heterozygotes frequently exhibit a lack of separation of individuals sarcomeres and accumulation of actin in the H-zone of adult indirect flight muscles, as compared to controls; this actin defect is enhanced by the additional presence of one copy of cherQ1042X, cherEPSΔ5, or chersko. slsZCL2144, cherCPTI001403 double heterozygotes, however, do not exhibit any obvious sarcomere defects, as compared to controls.
