Expression of dxScer\UAS.T:Zzzz\FLAG under the control of Scer\GAL4A9 results in loss of vein material at the distal end of the L4 and L5 wing veins, with moderate loss in bristle pattern along the wing margin.

krzScer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1; Scer\GAL4C-96 flies mild irregularities in patterning of the anterior wing margin.

Expression of Traf6Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1.cMa does not alter the wing nicking phenotype seen when krzScer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 and dxScer\UAS.T:Zzzz\FLAG are expressed under the control of Scer\GAL4bbg-C96.

One copy of Traf6ex1 partially suppresses the wing nicking phenotype seen when krzScer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 and dxScer\UAS.T:Zzzz\FLAG are expressed under the control of Scer\GAL4bbg-C96. The resulting flies exhibit loss of L4 vein material.
