Clones in sensory neurons in adult wing expressing Cul3K717R.Scer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP driven by Ect4ΔARM.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC do not display any defects in injury-induced axon degeneration (following an axotomy, the severed axons are cleared away normally).

Under light-dark conditions, flies expressing Cul-3K717R.Scer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP under the control of either Scer\GAL41118 or Scer\GAL4tim.PE show reduced morning anticipatory activity. Under constant darkness conditions, the flies either become arrhythmic for locomotor activity or display weak rhythms.
