Expression of DGD16354 under the control of Scer\GAL4Fas3-NP1233 does not affect the formation of dpn ase neuroblasts in the distal inner proliferation center (d-IPC) of the optic lobe, and has no effect on distal cell specification. ato dac neuroblasts fail to form and lobular plate neurons are absent. The remaining neuroblasts in the d-IPC are no longer arranged in a crescent, instead forming a disk.

Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4Mef2.PR results in grossly normal adult indirect flight muscles.

Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4Mef2.PR results in morphologically wild-type myofibrils in the adult indirect flight muscles.

Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4Mef2.PR results in wild-type sarcomeres in the adult indirect flight muscles.
