        RbpMB02027/Df(3R)S201 larvae show reduced locomotion compared to wild type.

        Although structures resembling T-bar platforms still form at RbpMB02027/Df(3R)S201 synapses, the T-bar pedestals appear thinner than normal.

        The amplitude of the evoked excitatory junctional current is reduced by about half at mutant larval neuromuscular junctions compared to controls.
