Description

Mi{ET1} is an enhancer trap construct that encodes a GAL4 driver. The enhancer trap sequence is at the 5' end of the construct and consists of the Hsp70 minimal promoter fused upstream of GAL4 coding sequence followed by Hsp70 terminator sequences.
