Ablation of ato-positive olfactory receptor neurons by expressing Rcom\RA^UAS.FRT under the control of Scer\GAL4^NP6558 together with Scer\FLP1^ey.PN leads to the disorganization of the whole antennal lobe and fuzzy glomerular borders. Axons of amos-positive olfactory receptor neurons Or67d, Or47b and Or88a fail to form the commissure, are misrouted and some accumulate outside of the antennal lobe.
