Comments

pblΔBRCT.Scer\UAS; Scer\GAL4prd.RG1 significantly rescues the formation of eve positive clusters of dorsal mesodermal cells in stage 11 pbl2/pbl3 embryos, but fails to rescue cytokinesis defects in these cells. The morphology of migrating mesodermal cells in these embryos is much closer to wild-type than in pbl2/pbl3 embryos.
