      56% of mutant flies are arrhythmic for locomotor activity during the first 4 days in free running conditions. The remaining flies have weaker and longer rhythms than controls. After 4 days in constant darkness, 100% of the mutant flies are arrhythmic.

      cwoe04207/cwof05073 flies show long and weak locomotor activity rhythms.

      Homozygotes and cwoe04207/cwof05073 flies show dramatic reductions in the strength of behavioural circadian rhythms under constant darkness conditions.

      cwoe04207/Df(3R)ED5495 flies show reductions in the strength of behavioural circadian rhythms under constant darkness conditions (DD); flies show rhythmicity immediately upon transfer to DD, but the rhythms dampen. Under light-dark conditions, cwoe04207/Df(3R)ED5495 flies show a reduction in morning anticipation (the magnitude of the activity increase preceding lights-on).
