Adulthood-specific expression of awdUAS.cDa under the combined control of Scer\GAL4esg.PU and Scer\GAL80Su(H).GBE (together with Gal80[ts] for the temporal regulation of expression) does not affect the mitotic index dynamics in the adult gut upon Ecc15 bacterial infection.

Follicle cells expressing awdScer\UAS.cDa under the control of Scer\GAL455B show abnormal cell shapes, with swelling and cellular projections.

Comments

The penetrance of tracheal phenotypes in awdj2A4 homozygous embryos is reduced to 11-15% by awdScer\UAS.cDa; Scer\GAL4btl.PS.
