      Mutant adult males show genitalia rotation defects. In 51% of cases rotation of the genitalia stops between 180o and 270o, and the non-rotated phenotype is not seen.

      Fas2spinR5 males carrying extra copies of the Rst(1)JH+ gene show pharate lethality. In 64% of cases, rotation of the genitalia stops between 0o and 90o, and 26% of males have non-rotated genitalia.
