Expression of DCTN2-p50Scer\UAS.cDa under the control of Scer\GAL4btl.PU in embryos leads to defects in dorsal branch tube fusion.

DmnScer\UAS.cDa ; Scer\GAL4c355 flies lay eggs with normal dorsal appendages. DmnScer\UAS.cDa; Scer\GAL4elav-C155 flies have severe defects in axonal transport in the larval nervous system.

Comments

Expression of DCTN2-p50Scer\UAS.cDa driven by Scer\GAL4GMR.long rescues ERG phenotypes (reduced on/off transients in response to light) in DCTN2-p50k16109 homozygous mutant clones in the eye.
