Expression of mam^EPgJ3-285 under the control of Scer\GAL4^bi-omb-Gal4 results in severe scalloping of the wing. Expression of mam^EPgJ3-285 under the control of Scer\GAL4^ap-md544 results in thickening of the dorsal veins L3 and L5. Embryos expressing mam^EPgJ3-285 under the control of Scer\GAL4^arm.PS have an increased number of peripheral nervous system neurons and show expansion of the central nervous system.
