Comments

The expression of ribScer\UAS.cBa under the control of Scer\GAL4how-24B partially rescues the defects exhibited by rib55.25/rib1 transheterozygous embryos to fuse together and compact primordial germ cells and somatic gonadal precursor cells.

When ribScer\UAS.cBa is driven by Scer\GAL4fkh.PH the posterior migration of secretory cells is restored and the salivary gland duct phenotype of rib1 embryos is rescued.
