      Expression of Pchs.T:Ecol\lexA using a series of heat shocks administered during the late third instar larvae and first two days of pupation results in reduced eye pigmentation in wEcol\lexA.110 flies. This is not seen with expression of Trlhs.T:Ecol\lexA or phohs.T:Ecol\lexA using heat shock.
