    Description

    3bp are deleted from the 3' UTR of per with respect to the sequence published in FBrf0049579. This region corresponds to the ORF of CG2650. The deletion results in a frameshift causing a shift from SGRAGAH to VAALEPI. Authors note that in view of range of strains showing molecular lesions described for CG2650T it is possible that sequence reported in FBrf0049579 was in error and that the version including the VAALEPI represents the wild type and that including SGRAGAH was incorrect.
