The adulthood-only expression of CycAUAS.cWa under the control of Scer\GAL4C587 and Gal80[ts] does not affect the tissue homeostasis of adult testes, as compared to controls.

Expression of CycAScer\UAS.cWa driven by Scer\GAL4nos.PG does not significantly affect size and architecture of the testes and germline stem cell maintenance is normal.

Expression of CycAScer\UAS.cWa in the brain under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PLu does not result in a neurodegeneration phenotype.

Expression of CycAScer\UAS.cWa under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF produces excess mitoses in the eye disc.

Scer\GAL4F4-mediated expression causes severe inhibition of endoreplication and growth in occasional, apparently randomly distributed cells of the larval salivary glands.

The co-expression of CycAScer\UAS.cWa partially suppresses the severe decrease in size induced in the third instar wing disc posterior compartment by the expression of domeΔCYT.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4en-e16E.

The strong rough eye phenotype seen in flies expressing multiple copies of E2fdsRNA.Scer\UAS.cJa under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PU is partially suppressed by co-expression of CycAScer\UAS.cWa.
