mystZa partially rescues mys8

mystZa partially rescues mys11

mystZa partially rescues mys8

Comments

Rescues the clone phenotypes of mys11 in the wing and the eye and the temperature-dependent wing phenotype of mys8, but cannot rescue the lethality of mys11 because the level of expression is reduced compared to wild type.

Rescues postembryonic phenotypes (wing blisters, disorganized photoreceptors and held-out wings) of mys11 and mys8. One copy rescues the dorsal hole phenotype of mys11 embryos, but these embryos rarely hatch. Two copies rescue embryonic development; the embryos hatch and have normal larval morphology, but are not rescued to adulthood.
