Insertion of 9.7kb DNA into SxlM1-vd1. The insertion appears to be a roo element that has inserted in the same location and orientation as that present in SxlM1, although the roo element in SxlM2 has an internal deletion compared to the roo element in SxlM1.
Single roo LTR of SxlM1-vd1 has been converted to a full length roo element. The roo elements in SxlM1 and SxlM2 have different restriction maps.
