Detailed Description
Statement
Reference

General characteristics of mutant phenotype (heterozygous with a viable allele): Song pulse - mutant; Optomotor test - mutant; CC-phototaxis - mutant; Y-phototaxis - mutant; ERG transients - mutant; ERG LCRP amplitude - mutant; ERG LCRP kinetics - mutant; ERG Rebound - mutant; ERG refractory wandering - mutant.

Song pulse amplitude in heterozygotes with cac1 is higher than wild type.

Comments

cacL13 fails to complement the cacTS2 electrophysiological phenotype.

Extensive phenogenetic analysis of allelic combinations reveals a phenotypic series for visually mediated behaviors and genetically separable ERG defects and courtship song defects.

Failure to complement statements based on ERG phenotype (cacEE171) and singing behaviour (cac1).
