arm25B clones at the edge of the eye result in ectopic interommatidial bristles forming up to the edge of the eye in 95% of cases.

Homozygous clones in the eye are extremely small and only infrequently observed.

Homozygous clones in the eye have interommatidial bristles.

The cuticle phenotypes of double mutants of wghs.PN with dsh477 or arm25B are indistinguishable from the mutant germline clone phenotypes of dsh, arm and wg embryos, i.e. a lawn of denticles.

Eggs derived from mutant germlines are laid, and have normal anterior-posterior and dorso-ventral patterning.

Homozygous clones survive at a higher frequency in areas of low wg expression, dorsal regions of the leg disc. This biased distribution is produced by differential survival, not directed migration.

Lesion has effects on segment polarity, head development and dorsal closure.

Mutant phenotype can be rescued to full adult viability and fertility by arm+t10.5.
