A 3,479 bp deletion resulting from Scer\FLP1-mediated recombination between Scer\FLP1 recognition target (Scer\FRT) sites in PBac{RB}CG10158e02576 and PBac{RB}ihoge02142 that completely removes the ihog coding sequence and part of the 5' untranslated region of the adjacent gene CG10158.
