Intestinal stem cell proliferation levels are normal in Df(3L)Krn-27-7-B mutants.

Germaria with germ line Df(3L)Krn-27-7-B mutation do not exhibit ectopic spectrosome containing cells.

Flies homozygous for Df(3L)Krn-27-7-B have normal cardiac function.

Proliferation of the adult midgut progenitor cells in homozygous Df(3L)Krn-27-7-B mutant larvae is normal.

Homozygotes are aphenotypic: adult eyes are indistinguishable from wild type.

Df(3L)Krn-27-7-B mutants are viable and fertile and mutant females do not exhibit border cell migration defects.
