Affected Genes Inferred by Location (0)
If no genes are listed here, it may be because the affected region is very large. The JBrowse insert above may show an error for the same reason, and other FlyBase tools such as CytoSearch may also fail for large regions. You can contact FlyBase for more help.
In this case, the "Export to Hitlist" button at left will also be disabled.
    Phenotypic Data
    In combination with other aberrations
NOT in combination with other aberrations

Homozygous embryos show defects in cuticle deposition.

Homozygotes die as embryos with a weak P{en1}wgen11 phenotype and with a stripe of naked cuticle along the midline. Transheterozygotes with wgspd-fg exhibit etching of the alar lobe and the tent phenotype (wings held up).

    Other Comments

Does not delete Sternopleural and deletes only P{en1}wgen11 upstream sequences, not the coding region.
